Spirit Wind Church
Bishop Phil & Apostle Shirley Spencer

Spirit Wind Church is the home church for Spirit Wind Network of Churches. Birthed in 1993 it is the offices of Bishop and Apostle Phil and Shirley Spencer.

It is the plan and vision of Bishop Spencer to provide a place where pastors and leaders from the network can come and receive ministry and additional teachings in order to move into the latest present truth teachings of the Holy Spirit.

This is an excellent facility for the gathering of the churches, with very good restaurant and motel facilities during overnight conferences.

In addition to conferences we are also available to assist in setting up schools for the respective
urches on an individual basis.

In the mid to late 90's Bishop and Apostle received many calls up into the northeast part of Indiana to minister at different chapter's of Women's Aglow. After many requests it became evident that the people were hungry to birth a church that believed in training and equipping the saints.

Remnant Covenant Assembly

Remnant Covenant Assembly is a young church being birthed in Mandeville, Jamaica. The pastors are Art and Jennifer Reid. They have been laboring hard for the last several years in order to build the congregation and the facility.

Currently RCA is working on an outreach at Alligator Pond a community hungry for the things of God.

RCA is also working on equipping the saints and making them ready for the work of ministry. In the fall of 2005 RCA hosted their first major conference. There were several workshops along with nightly ministries from their Bishop and Apostle Phil and Shirley Spencer from Spirit Wind Ministries in Kokomo, Indiana USA.

They are currently preparing their new facility which God has blessed them with, work is progressing and the congregation is growing.

Prophecy of Bishop Phil Spencer

Over Jamaica on November 2, 2005

O’ Jamaica O’ Jamaica jewel of the Caribbean. Darkness has encompassed your land.

You’ve become like a darkened eye of my people in Jamaica and in the Caribbean.

I’m cleaning up situations, I’m causing this time to be opened up. I’m causing the people of Jamaica to arise.

I’m moving my hand across Jamaica. There’s going to be a voice where there’s been a country of echoes. I’m going to begin to raise up voices throughout the land.

It’s not about being echoes, saying the same thing that everybody else is saying. It’s about stepping out and seeing the real Jamaica a Jamaica who would dare to break……. break traditions of the Caribbean area. Break traditions of lackadaisical work and so forth in their life. Break traditions of not being on time or whatever ….. whatever the situation, but begin to “dare to be different”. says God

Jamaica is ready but nobody will step out, so I’m raising up voices in this land, voices that will cause old echoes or old things to be torn down; old ideas and precepts and concepts that have been around, but have not accomplished anything.

I’m going to tear it down. I’m going to raise up voices that will call on the nation of Jamaica to be a leader in the Caribbean and to break all the old mindsets as it begins to spread throughout the Caribbean islands and all the islands of the West Indies, says the Lord

It’s time, I am going to use Jamaica, if Jamaica will be bold enough; if they will follow my voice and they will step out and dare to tear down old pinnacles of tradition and old pinnacles of mindsets.

If they will do that, Jamaica I will raise up. I will again have Jamaica as the jewel of the Caribbean and of the West Indies as it shines forth as the eye …… the eye of the islands, says the Lord.

Sons and daughters of Jamaica, it’s time … it’s time now to lay down the things of a child and of children and of men and become a spiritual people and to walk again in the spirit, as once you almost entered into, but not quite, before men turned you into traditions.

But, the Lord says now is the time to become the voice of this area and of this nation and a voice of this people, and a voice of this Caribbean.

Do it now, for I am moving upon this area. ………

For yea even this day and hour, even this day and hour, shall change begin to encompass the area

Even three days from now or four days from now as my Spirit begins to move change is going to begin to come across the land.

“Change” the Lord says.

And if my people won’t rise to my voice , saith God I’ll move the cloud and I’ll move the pillar to another land.

Saith the Spirit of God
